Beyond the Texts

People say we never stop learning. And it is also said that when we read, we learn. This means that people, especially the youth should never stop reading and should not take this for granted. For what the future holds, no one knows.

As young as three or four years old, we already started to go to school. For the purpose of counting, reading and speaking. When we count, we deal with numbers. Then we deal with different operations and this goes on until the next levels. While when we read and speak, we start to combine letters to form syllables until we go to words and later on develop it through the years. 

In reading, we begin to explore and discover different things. From animals, flowers, food, countries, cultures, traditions and a lot more. Also in reading, we get to enhance our vocabulary, knowledge, our skills in communicating and in language.

When we read, we get the chance to gain knowledge and insights about everything that we've read about. We get to reach and experience the wonders beyond the texts we're reading with the help of our imagination. All of these, benefits us as an individual and as a part of our community. 

Everything we've learned from reading is a key for us to grow. For us to improve every aspect of our lives and to be a better person. Because of these, we are forming a stronger foundation for us to reach the peak of our dreams.
